This helps us get a clear understanding of your needs so we can offer thoughtful guidance. After confirming insurance, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan and help you choose an admission date.

Step 2 - Tell Us Your Story
Complete a pre-screen assessment with the Admissions Team. Discuss Substance Use History, Treatment History and Goals.
Step 3 - Receive a Personalized Treatment Recommendation
Prescreen results will be reviewed, and once clinically approved, Admissions will schedule intake into the program.
