What We Actually Stand For
These aren’t values we put on a wall and forget about. They’re how we make decisions, evaluate our work, and hold each other accountable.
Competitive Excelence
We do not settle. The people we serve are counting on us to bring our best, and we take that seriously. We measure our outcomes honestly. We push ourselves to improve continuously. We refuse to let complacency take root in our clinical work, our operations, or our culture.
Aligned Integrity
We move as one organization. What we say matches what we do. What we do matches what we believe. Accountability here is not reserved for certain roles or certain situations; it applies to everyone, at every level, every day. That consistency is what makes trust possible.
Authentic Communication
We say what we mean, and we mean what we say, with our clients, each other, and the community. We create space for honest conversation because we know genuine communication, not polished or performative language, is what actually builds the relationships this work depends on.
Work That Is Worth Taking Seriously
You were hired because of what you bring. We intend to develop it, challenge it, and put it to meaningful use.
Real Mission, Real Impact
Every role here supports recovery outcomes. What you do every day, regardless of title, has a direct impact on real people rebuilding their lives.
Growth & Development
Development opportunities, peer learning, and mentorship — because when our team grows, our clients benefit directly.
High Standards, High Trust
We hold ourselves to a high bar and trust each other to do the same. If you’re motivated by doing excellent work in an accountable culture, you’ll thrive here.
Comprehensive Benefits
Health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and flexible scheduling options — because we take care of our team the way we take care of our clients.
Community-Conntected Work
We’re part of the communities we serve — not separate from them. Our work extends beyond our doors through partnerships and stigma-reduction initiatives.
Your Strengths Are Recognized
We build an environment where contributions matter and strengths are put to meaningful use. Your voice is heard at every level of the organization.
"We started with a simple belief: people struggling with substance use disorders deserve better than what was available. Not just adequate care, but real, comprehensive, human-centered treatment addressing who a person is, not what they are struggling with."
— Bryce Givens, CEO
