Clinicians Who Walk the Walk

Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) & Certified Addiction Specialists (CAS)
NASM Certified Personal Trainers
Precision Nutrition Coaches
Yoga and Trauma-Informed Somatic Movement Specialists
Program Format
IOP meets three to five days per week. Each session lasts 3 hours and includes:
- 1.5 hours of structured movement-based work
- 1.5 hours of evidence-based group therapy
This structure is intentionally designed to activate the nervous system, build resilience, and prime the brain for deeper therapeutic work.
Movement Integrated Into Every Clinical Hour
Every clinical day across our PHP, IOP, and Trailhead programs includes structured gym time alongside group therapy. Not as an amenity. As a clinical intervention.
Why Movement
Substance use disrupts dopamine, cortisol regulation, and sleep. Structured exercise directly counters these — reducing craving intensity, improving sleep, supporting mood stabilization.
How We Integrate It
Credentialed clinicians (licensed therapists + NASM-certified trainers) facilitate both the movement block and the clinical group within the same clinical session.
Who It's For
Most clients. Movement is scaled to individual ability. Clients with medical contraindications can do Outpatient (OP), our talk-only step-down track.
